- Last day to register at early booth rate of $3,750. After today the booth rate increases to $4,050
Tuesday, December 5, 2023:
- Notification of exhibit booth number assignment by email
- Exhibitors receive Exhibitor Service Manual
Wednesday, December 6, 2023:
- Deadline to cancel booths for full booth fee refund minus $100 administrative fee
Monday, January 8, 2024:
- Deadline to cancel booths for a 50% refund minus $100 administrative fee. No refund after this date
- Final product/service description and company logo due for Onsite Program Guide. Exhibit application must be approved by this date to be listed in the Onsite Program Guide
Tuesday, February 6, 2024:
- Exhibitor Information Form Due (exhibit personnel and Congress Dinner tickets)
- Deadline to apply for an exhibit booth
- Deadline to apply for the Room Drop Marketing Opportunity
Monday, March 11, 2024:
- Payment due on additional booth personnel badges (above the 2 included in booth fee)
- Deadline to make a substitution for your booth personnel badges
- Deadline to cancel exhibit personnel and receive a refund for any paid additional badges
- Deadline to cancel Congress Dinner tickets
- Deadline to cancel room drops
- A pre-show mailing list of all registered attendees will be emailed to each exhibitor company (Excel format) for one pre-show mailing. This list may include the street and/or email addresses, based on the permission given by each attendee
